Mr. Plano,
          My wife and I just purchased a new 2009 Medallion Estate 5th wheel RV from your dealership, and we want you to know how we feel about our buying experience.  First. let me explain that we are selling our home and becoming full-time RVers, so we spent many months researching what type and size of RV to buy, what items we considered to be necessary, and the overall quality of what we should buy, as this would be our new home.  We traveled Monroe County, looking at various makes and models at the many dealerships.  Lastly, we arrived at your Webster location, and Karen Lippincott became our salesperson (we had actually met Karen some months before at a Dome RV show).  We were impressed from the start at the lack of high pressure sales tactics, which we were tired of experiencing at other dealers.  Karen was a fountain of information, making sure we had answers to all of our questions, and allowing us as much time as we needed to make our decisions.  We fell in love with, and decided on the McKenzie Medallion Estate, model 37SKQ.  This unit outshines all other makes and models that we had looked at.  In December last year, we decided to place our order, and met Eric Bures.  As with Karen, Eric impressed us with his professionalism and friendliness; he made us feel right at home, as if we had known him for years.
          Time seemed to drag by, then we got the call that our new RV had arrived.  On April 17, we arrived at the dealership for orientation.  Eric and Karen introduced us to Drew Vorndran, and we proceeded to be introduced to our new home.  To say that Drew is a very personable, knowledgeable young man is an understatement.  Over a 2 hour period, Drew explained all the systems and functions of our RV.  He had immediate answers to all our questions, and seemed to be very comfortable while educating us, as if he had worked on this particular RV for many years.  When our orientation was over, Drew invited us to call him any time with questions on systems or their operation.  It was comforting to hear that, as we both felt that we will most likely forget a few of the many things that Drew went over with us that day!
          After orientation, we were introduced to Dave Cosmano.  We had a veritable laundry list of items we wanted to add on or put in our new RV, and being new RVers, we sure had a lot of questions about exactly what items to purchase.  We totally occupied Dave's time for way over an hour (so much so that we made him late in picking up his son!) but Dave never complained.  He continually ran back and forth from the shelves to the parts counter, showing us items we had asked for and recommending better makes/models for us to choose from.  He also made recommendations for items that we had not realized we needed (such as a sewer hose!) to ensure that we would be ready to go when our RV was delivered.
          We have only been associated with your dealership for a few months now, but we continue to be impressed with your personnel.  We also still feel that the unit we purchased is better by far in every way than any other make we looked at.  We look forward to a long relationship with you and your staff, and we will certainly recommend Johnston RV Country to everyone we know.

        My wife and I would like to express our most positive feelings in regards to the Johnston's RV organization. We, over the past 10 years, have purchased 4 different  units from the Johnston RV family. ( 2 used units and 2 new units ) In every case we have felt that  we were treated fairly and with respect. She keeps us informed of the RV business and knows that we have another purchase in mind and when we are ready she will help us make it happen. It's nice to know that your sales person is there with you over time and not just there to collect your money and move on. Thanks Karen for you superior abilities.

Dear Mr. Johnston,
We would like to take an opportunity to say about your employees, Eric Bures and Tony Karpien from the Webster store. It is hard for us to express our excitement in purchasing a used 5th wheel trailer.
Eric and Tony have been professional fantastic and have been supportive to us, as their preferred customers when we purchased the used 5th wheel, which is not our first.
Tony gave us some advises on the weights of the trailer that can be pulled by my truck. He knows most of the trailers and gave us lots of advises/options on each trailer. We were fortunate to select on which we liked most.
Eric was willing to work with us financially. Also, he helped us with a time frame to pay it off. it worked out marvelously for al of us.
We wanted to express out thoughts on what they did to us. Eric and Tony made sure that they put us under their wings until we reached our dream.
We feel their motto is "HOLD THE DREAM AND LIVE THE DREAM, NOW THE DREAM BECOMES REALITY" by not losing our dream and hope. We are pleased that they have earned out trust as we earn theirs.
